European Commission decisions on authorisation for DBP

On 9 April 2016, the Official Journal of the European Union published a decision to grant an authorisation for DBP.
 
Risk is adequately controlled in accordance with Article 60(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. Besides, there are no suitable alternatives at present. So the European Commission grants a company in Czech Republic an authorisation for Dibutyl phthalate (DBP). The details for the authorised uses are as following:
