Eight Chinese national standards for food safety to be carried out in next March

Food Standard Safety and Regulatory Assessment Bureau under National Health and Family Planning Commission (“Commission”) of PRC published No. 7 Notification of 2005 on 21 September. The Commission released eight standards for food safety in accordance with related stipulations of Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Administrative Measures on National Standard for Food Safety. All of the following standards (except GB 31603-2015) are to be carried out in March 2016.
