The European Commission validated 372 RASFF notifications this month, including 337 notifications on food, accounting for 90.59%; 26 notifications on feed, accounting for 6.99%; 9 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 2.42%. 8 of the products are from China, accounting for 88.89%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
