[RASFF] Overview of RASFF FCM notifications in October 2019

The European Commission validated 366 RASFF notifications this month, including 307 notifications on food, accounting for 83.88%; 36 notifications on feed, accounting for 9.84%; 23 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 6.28%. 7 of the products are from China, accounting for 30.43%.

The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
