Flame Retardant Testing
Flame retardants are functional additives that impart flame retardancy to flammable polymers. According to the different components, it can be divided into three types: inorganic flame retardants, organic flame retardants and organic and inorganic mixed flame retardants. Inorganic flame retardants are currently the most widely used type of flame retardants, mainly hydrates of hydroxides and oxides of aluminum, magnesium, boron, antimony, and molybdenum. The application products include aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, Monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, boric acid, antimony trioxide, silicon, etc. Organic flame retardants mainly include organic halides (organo bromine and organic chlorine), organic phosphide, organic nitrogen, and organic phosphorus/nitrogen intumescent type.
Coatings Testing
On May 15th, 2020, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China issued the "2020 Volatile Organic Compounds Governance Plan (Draft for Comments)", which clearly stated that from July 1st, 2020, the production, sales and use of ship coating and floor coating should meet the newly promulgated and implemented national product harmful substance limit standards, architectural coating and adhesive products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region must meet the requirements of the "Volatile Organic Compound Content Limit Standard for architectural coating and Adhesives".
Office and Household Furnitures Testing
Furniture is an indispensable large-scale daily necessity for human life. Chinese furniture is mainly exported to developed countries such as the United States, Japan and the European Union. In these countries, more and more consumers are concerned about the health and environmental protection of products, and a series of standards have been issued successively to control toxic and harmful chemicals in furniture raw materials such as wood, wood-based panels, plastics, metals, glass, adhesives, coatings and packaging materials and to prohibit the use of toxic and harmful substances in furniture manufacturing, textile and leather parts of furniture.
Campus Safety Detection
School is a place where students study and teachers work. Students and teachers spend a long time school. From outdoor sports areas, campus air quality, to student uniforms, school supplies, tableware, etc., all aspects are affecting the physical and mental health of teachers and students. As a professional third-party organization, CIRS C&K Testing has launched special campus safety services around school sports areas, plastic track, campus catering, student supplies, and campus environment, comprehensively identifying potential safety hazards in campus products and environmental quality, and guarding Campus safety, caring for the health of teachers and students.
